Manage subscription and Analytics targets
Subscription controls are available to the workspace Owner. Analytics Targets are available to people with Manage Settings access.
Review AI answer usage
Section titled “Review AI answer usage”The Subscription Plan section shows the current plan and, when applicable, the current AI answer usage. Each usage row explains:
- how many answers have been used;
- the configured limit;
- how many remain;
- when the allowance resets in UTC.
An unlimited allowance still shows the number already used. A value marked Not configured has no usable allowance configured for that category.
Change the subscription plan
Section titled “Change the subscription plan”Self-service paid checkout is not enabled yet. A paid plan cannot be selected until billing is available. If another free public plan is available, the workspace Owner can change to it directly:
- Choose Monthly or Yearly billing.
- Compare the visible plan limits and features.
- Select the plan you want.
- Confirm the change when prompted.
The current plan is marked and cannot be selected again. A custom subscription does not offer self-service plan changes on this page.
Plan changes can alter available limits and features. Review the whole plan card, including assistants, AI answers, knowledge, crawlers, forms, integrations, goals, and branding, before confirming.
Open Analytics Targets
Section titled “Open Analytics Targets”Open Analytics Targets from Settings or from a link in Analytics. Targets turn raw activity into pacing, budget, and value comparisons.
You can configure:
- Weekly Qualified Target for weekly lead pace in Pulse;
- Monthly Qualified Target for monthly projection and pacing;
- Monthly Goal Target for goal-oriented support or conversion work;
- Monthly Cost Budget for Economics budget pacing;
- Lead Value for estimated qualified pipeline value;
- Target Response Time for response-time and anomaly signals.
Leave a target empty when it does not apply. Analytics continues to work and omits claims that require that target.
Choose the workspace archetype
Section titled “Choose the workspace archetype”Doublewire can automatically detect the workspace’s business pattern from a rolling 90-day window of eligible production conversations. The page shows the detected archetype, when it was refreshed, the analysis window, and the sample size.
Keep Automatic unless you intentionally want Analytics to use a stable, manually selected business lens. An override changes how Analytics frames results; it does not change the underlying conversations.
Select Save Targets to apply changes or Discard to restore the saved configuration.
