Understand Analytics

Analytics turns activity from your workspace into business views. It helps you understand current performance, the path from conversations to outcomes, AI cost, audience characteristics, and areas that may need attention.

Open Analytics

Select Analytics in the sidebar. Doublewire opens Pulse first. Use the tabs to move between:

• Pulse for the most important current signals;
• Pipeline for the journey from activity to an achieved goal;
• Economics for AI cost, budget pacing, and outcome efficiency;
• Audience for geography, devices, browsers, and operating systems;
• Explore for deeper operational details and investigation.

You only see Analytics if your workspace access includes it. Results also respect any resource restrictions on your account.

Choose a time period

Every Analytics page offers the same period choices:

• 7 days
• 30 days
• 90 days
• 1 year
• Custom

For a custom period, choose both the start and end dates. Dates are interpreted using the timezone saved in your profile.

The selected period applies to every metric on the current page. It does not change data or settings in your workspace.

Filter the results

Most views can be filtered by assistant. Audience uses a channel filter instead, because its signals belong to the channels through which contacts arrived.

Filters only include resources you can access. If an item has been deleted, historical totals can remain part of the selected period and may be labeled as deleted instead of disappearing from past results.

When a page has no data

An empty Analytics page does not necessarily indicate a problem. A view may need one or more of the following before it can show useful results:

• production conversations in the selected period;
• configured goals;
• billable AI activity;
• audience signals from supported channels;
• a wider date range.

The empty state on each page explains what is missing and, when applicable, links to the place where you can finish the setup.

Production and preview activity

Production activity represents real customer conversations. Preview activity comes from testing an assistant before or while configuring it. Doublewire keeps these distinct where that difference matters, especially in cost reporting, so tests are not presented as customer performance.
