Leave workspaces or delete your account

The My Workspaces section lists every workspace connected to your account, your role in each one, and whether the workspace is active.

These actions have different effects. Review the correct section before confirming anything permanent.

If you are not the Owner, select Leave beside an active workspace and confirm.

Leaving removes your membership from that workspace. It does not delete:

  • your Doublewire account;
  • the workspace or its customer data;
  • your memberships in other workspaces.

An Owner cannot leave a workspace. Ownership must be handled before the person can leave without deleting it.

The Owner can select Delete beside a workspace. To confirm, enter the workspace name exactly.

Workspace deletion permanently removes the workspace and its associated operational data, including its assistants, conversations, knowledge, and other workspace resources. The action cannot be undone.

After completion, Doublewire moves you to another available workspace when possible.

Select Delete my account and type your email address to confirm. Account deletion is permanent and signs you out.

If you own workspaces, the confirmation shows which workspaces will also be deleted. Review that list carefully. Deleting your account can therefore affect other people who use those workspaces.

  1. Export any information you are entitled to keep.
  2. Review owned workspaces and their members.
  3. Confirm that no active work depends on the account or workspace.
  4. Read the confirmation list before entering the required name or email.

Closing a confirmation dialog makes no change. The deletion starts only after the exact confirmation value is submitted.
