Work with the contact pipeline

The Pipeline is a contact-first view of lead qualification. It uses the latest qualified conversation in the selected scope to place each contact in a stage.

  • Cold indicates a low qualification score or weak buying signal.
  • Warm indicates some interest that may need more follow-up.
  • Hot indicates a strong lead signal.
  • Converted indicates that the configured conversion goal was completed.

Each card can show the contact name, qualification score, channel, number of conversations, last activity, and relevant delivery or disqualification status. Select a card to open the contact profile.

If qualification is not available for the workspace, the page explains that the Pipeline is unavailable instead of showing an incomplete board.

Search within the current Pipeline view by name, email, phone, Contact ID, or visible channel identity. Existing period and channel filters continue to apply to the search.

Available filters include:

  • Period for recently active qualified conversations;
  • Channel for one specific source;
  • Lead push status for leads that need delivery, were delivered, are waiting for contact details, or were disqualified.

Select Clear to remove saved Pipeline filters.

Use Sort by to order cards by score, last activity, conversation count, or name. Select the active option again to reverse the direction. Sorting changes the order, not which contacts are included.

Pipeline columns load in sections. Use Load more at the bottom of a stage to expand only that column. If a stage reaches the display limit, use search or filters to narrow it.
