Navigate Doublewire

The sidebar is the main route between Doublewire modules. On smaller screens, open it with the menu button. On desktop, you can collapse it to leave more space for the current page.

The badges beside Inbox, Tasks, or Chat show items that need your attention.

If a page says that you do not have access, contact a workspace owner or admin. The section can remain visible so you know the feature exists even when your current access does not include it.

Select your avatar in the top-right corner to:

  • view or change your current status,
  • switch workspace,
  • open your profile,
  • open workspace settings when available,
  • review recent product updates,
  • sign out.

The What’s new area lists user-facing product updates. New items are marked until you acknowledge them. You can open the release history again later from the account menu.

Supported browsers can install Doublewire as an app. The installed version opens in its own window but uses the same account and workspace data as the browser.

  1. Open Doublewire in your browser.
  2. Use the browser’s install option when available.
  3. Launch Doublewire from your home screen, dock, or applications list.

The exact wording of the install action depends on the browser and device.
