Understand and manage integrations

Integrations deliver structured Doublewire activity to another destination. The available types are Email, Custom Webhook, and iList CRM.

Create an integration

1. Select New Integration.
2. Enter a friendly private name.
3. Choose the type.
4. Complete the type-specific configuration.
5. Choose whether it is active and save.
6. Test the saved integration.

The type cannot be changed after creation. Create another integration when a different destination type is required.

Activate or deactivate

An inactive integration remains configured but is not available for new delivery routing. Existing delivery history remains associated with the original integration.

Delete

Use the row menu and review the confirmation. Remove or update form and channel routes that depend on the integration. Deletion does not remove the visitor submission already stored in Doublewire or data already delivered to an external system.
