Review and link call activity

Some call events need a member to confirm where they belong. Open an item from the Calls panel to review the available matches.

Link a conversation

1. Open the call event.
2. Review suggested conversations or search for another one.
3. Select the correct conversation.
4. Confirm the link.

Link a contact

1. Review the suggested contact matches.
2. Search when the correct contact is not shown.
3. Select and confirm the contact.

Do not choose a match based only on a similar name. Confirm the available phone, conversation, and timing information before linking. Once reviewed, the event no longer remains in the same attention state.
