Find and understand contacts

Contacts brings together people who have interacted with your workspace through supported channels. One person can have several conversations and contact methods while still appearing as one contact.

Switch between List and Pipeline

• List is the searchable contact directory.
• Pipeline groups qualified contacts by sales stage.

Your access determines which contacts and channel information you can see.

Read the contact list

Each row can show:

• the contact’s saved name and initials;
• the channels connected to the contact;
• the number of conversations you can access;
• average sentiment and engagement;
• the most recent activity date.

If no name has been saved, Doublewire shows Unknown. It does not use a technical identifier as the person’s name.

Select a row to open the contact profile.

Search contacts

Use the search field to find a contact by information such as:

• saved name;
• Contact ID;
• email address or phone number;
• postal address;
• visible channel identity.

The search only covers information you are allowed to see. Use the clear button inside the field to remove the search without changing other filters.

Filter by channel

Open Filters, choose a channel, and apply the filter. The list then shows contacts connected to that channel. Members with restricted channel access only see contacts connected to at least one channel they can access.

Once a contact is available to you, confirmed profile details and contact notes follow the contact. Information that belongs only to an inaccessible channel remains hidden.

Deletion status

A contact remains visible while a privacy erasure is being completed. A status badge explains whether deletion is waiting, in progress, or needs attention. Editing is paused during active deletion, but authorized members can still review the request status and privacy history.
