Configure Phone and Voice Logica channels
Configure Phone events
Section titled “Configure Phone events”Open a Phone channel and copy the provided action URLs into compatible phone devices. Keep the query keys and adapt only provider placeholder values when needed.
You can:
- set a local-number country used only for matching numbers that arrive without a country code;
- exclude incoming or outgoing numbers and ranges;
- add or discover phone devices;
- assign one device to one or more eligible team members;
- deactivate a device without removing its retained history;
- rotate the webhook token when required.
The local-number setting does not rewrite stored phone numbers. Contact matching uses exact usable numbers and does not infer identity from names, language, location, or calling behavior.
Review phone events
Section titled “Review phone events”The phone button in the app header opens the call panel for users who can access it. Filter by period, device, assigned user, direction, or whether the call is linked to an Inbox conversation.
Mark individual calls reviewed or use the double-check action for all accessible calls. You can create a new Inbox conversation from a usable call, add the call to an eligible existing conversation, or open a uniquely matched contact.
When several contacts have the same exact number, Doublewire asks an authorized user to choose. It never selects one based on a weak similarity.
Configure Voice Logica
Section titled “Configure Voice Logica”Copy the webhook URL and Authorization value into the Voice Logica On Call End workflow. Each completed call with a supported transcript becomes a separate read-only Inbox conversation. Rotating the token invalidates the old Authorization value immediately.
