Understand and manage forms

Forms collect structured information during a visitor conversation, such as contact details, booking requests, qualification details, consent, or feedback. Every submission is saved in its conversation.

The list shows the private form name, status, and creation date. An active form can be offered by an attached assistant. An inactive form stays saved with its past submissions but is hidden from assistants and visitors.

  1. Select New Form.
  2. Enter its private name and public title.
  3. Configure the visitor copy.
  4. Add at least one field.
  5. Save.

The private name helps your team recognize the form. The public title is what visitors see.

Use the row menu and select Clone. Choose the new private name and which optional settings to copy. Language overrides are selected by default. Integration routing is off by default so a copy cannot send visitor data to external systems accidentally.

Previous submissions, conversations, analytics, contact data, and assistant links are not copied.

Open the row menu, select Delete, and confirm. Deletion removes the form’s assistant links. Existing historical submissions remain in their conversations.
