Create calendars and share access

  1. Open Calendar.
  2. Select Calendars.
  3. Create a calendar and enter its name and available appearance settings.
  4. Choose who can access it.
  5. Save.

Your personal calendar is created for your own use and stays private. Shared calendars are intended for schedules that several workspace members need to see or manage.

Edit a shared calendar and open Access. Search by a member’s name or email, select the person, and assign the available access level.

Access controls what a member can see or change. A shared calendar must always retain at least one owner, so Doublewire prevents an access change that would leave it without one.

Removing access hides the calendar and its events from that member. It does not delete the calendar for the remaining members.
