Manage read state, deletion, and exports

Inbox read state belongs to your user account. Messages and other visible timeline activity can be unread. Activity hidden by your permissions and actions performed by you do not become unread for you.

When you open a conversation, it starts at the first unread item. Timeline items are marked read as they pass through the visible conversation area. Loading the page alone does not mark everything read.

Use a row’s read icon to mark activity read through that point or unread from that point. Use Manage in the list for bulk read and unread actions.

The Inbox badge in the navigation uses the same personal read state.

Members with delete permission can delete from the conversation controls or through Inbox bulk management. Review the confirmation carefully. A privacy erasure in progress temporarily blocks normal conversation mutations.

Deletion availability depends on your permission and the conversation’s current state. If the action is absent, you cannot delete that conversation.

  1. Apply the Inbox view, search, and filters you need.
  2. Select Export.
  3. Doublewire downloads a CSV containing the accessible conversations in that scope.

The export can include identifiers, subjects, assistant and channel details, workflow and evaluation information, tags, activity dates, and counts. Export requires the relevant data-export permission, and all displayed times use your profile timezone.

If a connection banner says that the page may be out of date, follow the Refresh now or Reconnect action shown in the banner.
