Create an account

Open the Doublewire registration page and enter the requested account details. After submitting the form, follow the email verification instructions sent to your address.

If Continue with Google is available, you can use a verified Google account instead of creating a separate password. When the Google email already belongs to a Doublewire account, the sign-in continues with that account. Doublewire does not create a second account for the same verified email.

Note

If you were invited to a workspace, use the invitation link. It connects your new or existing account to the correct workspace and preserves the access that was assigned to the invitation.

Verify your email

1. Open the verification message sent by Doublewire.
2. Select the verification link.
3. Return to Doublewire when confirmation is complete.

If the link has expired, use the resend option shown in Doublewire. Always use the newest verification message after requesting another one.

Sign in

Enter your email and password, or choose an available connected-account option. If you are asked whether this is a trusted device, read the choice carefully. A shared or public device should not remain signed in.

If two-factor authentication is enabled or required, enter the current code from your authenticator app. A recovery code can be used when you cannot access the authenticator.

Reset a forgotten password

1. Select Forgot password on the sign-in page.
2. Enter your account email.
3. Open the newest password-reset message.
4. Choose a new password and sign in again.

For privacy, the reset page does not confirm whether a particular email address has an account.

Common problems

• No email arrived: check spam, confirm the address, and request a new message after a short wait.
• The link no longer works: use the newest email, because older links can become invalid after another request.
• A connected account is rejected: use the same provider account and email that were originally connected, or sign in with your password.
• A recovery code fails: each recovery code can be used only once.
