Configure an Email integration
An Email integration sends a formatted notification when a routed form is submitted.
Configure recipients
Section titled “Configure recipients”Enter comma-separated email addresses. One integration supports up to 25 recipients. Review the list carefully because all configured recipients receive the routed submission.
Set the subject
Section titled “Set the subject”Leave the subject template blank to use the default, or enter your own text.
Use {form_title} where the form’s public title should appear.
Test delivery
Section titled “Test delivery”Save and select Test Connection. The test uses the same settings as a real routed submission. Verify receipt and spam filtering at the destination.
Changing or deleting the integration does not recall email that was already delivered.
