Understand assistants

An assistant defines the AI behavior that can answer through supported channels. Its configuration includes instructions, model settings, tools, connections, knowledge sources, forms, and reply behavior.

Website appearance, allowed domains, greetings, suggestions, proactive behavior, and contact-detail collection belong to Web Widget channels, not to the assistant.

Read the list

The list shows each assistant’s name and model mode. Use the row menu for available clone or delete actions. Long lists are split into pages.
