Navigate the calendar

Calendar combines your personal events and the shared calendars you can access. Event times are shown in your profile timezone.

Choose a view

Use Month, Week, Day, or Agenda to change how events are laid out. Use the previous and next controls to move through time, and Today to return to the current date.

Choose visible calendars

Use the calendar selector to show or hide calendars without changing their events. Your personal calendar is private to you. Managing shared calendars does not give a member access to another person’s personal calendar.

Open an event

Select an event to review its schedule, calendar, description, location, attendees, availability, recurrence, reminders, and synchronization details when they apply. The actions shown depend on your access to that calendar and event.
