Dashboard overview

Open Dashboard from the sidebar.

The Dashboard combines historical activity totals with current work that may need attention. The information follows your workspace and resource access.

Depending on the features and data available to you, the top area can show:

  • Threads: total customer conversations and today’s activity.
  • Messages: total messages and today’s activity.
  • Contacts: known contacts, including new and returning activity.
  • Inbox Workload: open, waiting, unassigned, and personally relevant work.
  • Tasks: open, overdue, due today, and unassigned tasks.
  • Leads: qualified, pushed, and pending pipeline records.
  • Sentiment: the balance of positive, neutral, and negative evaluations.
  • Goals: achieved, partial, and missed evaluated outcomes.

Cards appear only when the related feature is available and your access allows the underlying information.

Dashboard widgets use the period that best matches their purpose rather than one global date filter:

Area Period
Main totals All retained activity
Today and trend comparison Today compared with yesterday
30-Day Trend Most recent 30 days
Hourly Activity Most recent 7 days
Current workload cards Current records
Recent Threads Current, recently active conversations
  • 30-Day Trend compares threads, messages, and contact activity.
  • Hourly Activity shows when contacts are most active.
  • Contacts compares new and returning contacts.
  • Top Channels ranks customer-facing channels by activity.
  • Recent Threads opens the latest conversations you are allowed to see.

Historical totals remain useful after ordinary records are deleted. Current cards and recent lists reflect only records that still exist. Testing activity from assistant previews is not mixed into normal customer activity.
